I practice from a Health at Every Size paradigm, and believe that nurturing (and healing) our relationship with food is just as important as WHAT we eat. I help women who are already carrying the world on their shoulders prioritize their health once again without restriction, deprivation, or shame. I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with experience in sports nutrition, eating disorders & disordered eating in children and adults, pediatric nutrition, gastrointestinal issues, body image concerns, and food allergies. I received my Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Virginia. I then earned my Master of Science degree in Nutrition from Auburn University while completing research on the Mediterranean Diet. I completed my dietetic internship at the University of Houston with a focus on sports nutrition and disordered eating.
