My name is Jenna Albert and I am a Registered Dietitian specializing in the treatment of eating disorders and disordered eating. Julia strives to combine evidence based, realistic, and sustainable guidance to help you and your family achieve health related goals. While food allergy treatment does include avoidance, Julia believes that all foods can be apart of a healthy and enjoyable diet even from an early age. No matter the discussion goals in mind: healthy insides, healthy relationship with food, and healthy attitudes about the body.

Mason prioritizes your long term success in achieving better health by applying a sustainable approach to behavior change. He is an advocate of a non-diet, weight inclusive approach to nutrition. This allows you to focus on improving both your physical health and your mental health, specifically your relationship with food and movement. Mason will work with you to create a personalized plan, creating weekly goals to address the areas you can most progress in.

She takes special interest in Prenatal Nutrition, Pediatric Nutrition and Diabetes care. She works closely with Diabetes patients (Pre-diabetes, Gestational Diabetes, Type I and Type 2 Diabetes) and offer individual counseling and personalized meal plan. Diabetes care includes insulin management and close monitoring of blood glucose goals.
