I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist specialized in eating disorders and disordered eating. Knowing how difficult this world can be when it comes to a peaceful relationship with food and body, I want to create a safe place for those feeling imprisoned by their eating disorder or disordered eating.

Ideally, a client who presents with disordered eating and needs a combination of psychotherapy, nutritional therapy, and bodywork or fitness training. I am a registered dietitian with 16 years’ experience in the nutrition and wellness field. I have worked in a variety of settings with diverse populations. I am very passionate about helping patients and clients achieve optimal health and well-being.

I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, Certified Lactation Counselor, and Certified in Weight Management. As a current partner with TPG Pediatrics and Metropolitan Breastfeeding I am able to care for patient's dietary needs, picky eating, food sensitivities, lactation, and weight management providing both in-person and virtual appointments for all ages.

I have been practicing as a dietitian for 30 years and enjoy working with gestational moms and clients who need individualized counseling to treat their pre-diabetes, type 2 diabetes and other health conditions.
