She takes special interest in Prenatal Nutrition, Pediatric Nutrition and Diabetes care. She works closely with Diabetes patients (Pre-diabetes, Gestational Diabetes, Type I and Type 2 Diabetes) and offer individual counseling and personalized meal plan. Diabetes care includes insulin management and close monitoring of blood glucose goals.

Cynthia Libby is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and Certified Eating Disorder Specialist passionate about helping folks heal their relationship with food, body image, and exercise. Cynthia has experience treating both adults and adolescents struggling with disordered eating, body image concerns, eating disorders and other mental health disorders such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance abuse. Cynthia takes a special interest in exploring the client’s current relationship with movement, offering guidance on how they may begin to challenge obligatory exercise and shift towards the incorporation of joyful movement.

As a current partner with TPG Pediatrics and Metropolitan Breastfeeding I am able to care for patient's dietary needs, picky eating, food sensitivities, lactation, and weight management providing both in-person and virtual appointments for all ages.

I don't give out standard meal plans or diets but instead focus on meeting nutrient needs - adding instead of taking away and helping you feel confident nourishing yourself and your family. I am a registered dietitian with 16 years’ experience in the nutrition and wellness field. I have worked in a variety of settings with diverse populations. I am very passionate about helping patients and clients achieve optimal health and well-being.

Rebecca is a registered dietitian, board certified sports dietitian and a personal trainer with her Bachelor's degree in dietetics and her graduate degree in exercise and sports science from Iowa State University. She also has a personal training certification from the American College of Sports Medicine. Rebecca works with digestive issues, allergies, weight issues and with several athletes from various training groups - DC tri, Team Z, Team in Training, Pacers, and others. She also works closely with folks with multiple food allergies and has very extensive and personal experience in this area as well as with weight loss.

I am a white, queer, registered dietitian (RDN) and certified Intuitive Eating Counselor with extensive experience in food justice, trauma-aware counseling, and embodiment coaching.
