Welcome to a A Bowl Full of Nutrition. I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist specializing in eating disorder treatment, medical nutrition therapy, weight management, and motivational interviewing. I graduated with a BS in Dietetics from Kansas State University and a MS in Dietetics from the University of Rhode Island. I have worked extensively with eating disorder patients in a treatment facility and have experience working with clients who struggle with weight management and diabetes. I also have trained with The Body Positive Institute and am skilled at working with clients on improving body image.

I love supporting families with nutrition & feeding challenges. When working together, we will set realistic & achievable goals. I don't give out standard meal plans or diets but instead focus on meeting nutrient needs - adding instead of taking away and helping you feel confident nourishing yourself and your family. I know you are doing the best you can & together we will come up with strategies to help you reach your nutrition goals.

Our caring professionals help each individual achieve and maintain optimal health and a positive body image through collaborative goal setting, tailored, science-based nutrition plans, and other industry best practices. I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, Certified Lactation Counselor, and Certified in Weight Management. As a current partner with TPG Pediatrics and Metropolitan Breastfeeding I am able to care for patient's dietary needs, picky eating, food sensitivities, lactation, and weight management providing both in-person and virtual appointments for all ages.
