Together in a safe, supportive environment, we will explore barriers to change such as body image, exercise resistance, and emotional eating.

I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, Certified Lactation Counselor, and Certified in Weight Management. As a current partner with TPG Pediatrics and Metropolitan Breastfeeding I am able to care for patient's dietary needs, picky eating, food sensitivities, lactation, and weight management providing both in-person and virtual appointments for all ages.

She works closely with Diabetes patients (Pre-diabetes, Gestational Diabetes, Type I and Type 2 Diabetes) and offer individual counseling and personalized meal plan. Amanda Diede is a master's level Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with 7+ years experience working with eating disorders. She is truly passionate about this work and believes recovery from an eating disorder is possible for everyone. Amanda specializes in eating disorders, disordered eating, female athlete triad, chronic dieting, intuitive eating, mindful eating, hypothalamic amenorrhea, and mood & anxiety disorders.

Kristina is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist who practices out of Health Loft. She believes in creating a supportive environment for behavior change.
