I am a registered dietitian with 16 years’ experience in the nutrition and wellness field. I have worked in a variety of settings with diverse populations. I am very passionate about helping patients and clients achieve optimal health and well-being.

I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, Certified Lactation Counselor, and Certified in Weight Management. As a current partner with TPG Pediatrics and Metropolitan Breastfeeding I am able to care for patient's dietary needs, picky eating, food sensitivities, lactation, and weight management providing both in-person and virtual appointments for all ages.

Welcome to NutriHealth Medical Nutrition Therapy. My name is Saadat Aimaq and I am a Registered Dietitian/Nutritionist. My areas of expertise include diabetes education, heart healthy nutrition, high blood pressure, general healthy eating, Preemie nutrition, prenatal and tube feeding nutrition.

A Registered Dietitian/Nutritionist for over 25 years, I work with both adults and children to meet their nutrition goals. I can help you with medical nutrition therapy for including diabetes, pre-diabetes, hypertension, abnormal lipid levels, and weight management. My philosophy is one of balance and moderation and my goal is to help you improved your nutrition and health within your comfort zone and lifestyle constraints. Each person has unique needs and goals. Helping them to achieve them is my priority.

I have been practicing as a dietitian for 30 years and enjoy working with gestational moms and clients who need individualized counseling to treat their pre-diabetes, type 2 diabetes and other health conditions. As a certified diabetes educator, I also work closely with dialysis patients in outpatient clinics.
