I received a Bachelor’s of Science in Nutrition with a business minor from the University of Texas at Austin. I currently live in Austin, Tx with my husband, two children, and new puppy. In my free time you can find me enjoying beautiful weather (aka not the Texas summer) outside, going for long drives around Austin, and experimenting in the kitchen…and let’s be honest, probably at some school, social or extra-curricular related event for my kids.

She works collaboratively with clients to set realistic and practical goals reflective of individualized nutrition plans. She believes that balanced nutrition looks differently for everyone, and client’s medical history needs to be considered along with their resources, schedules, and circumstances.

Rosemary is a Registered Dietitian and Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist certified by the Commission on Dietetic Registration. She completed her dietetic clinicals at UChicago Medicine Ingalls Memorial after graduating from the University of Pittsburgh.Rosemary credits her strong clinical foundation when applying evidenced-based medical nutrition therapy to clients one on one.
