Adena Is a Registered Dietitian who understands there is no “one-size fits all” when it comes to nutrition and takes pride in helping each patient develop a personalized plan that works for them. Adena focuses on balance through sustainable dietary and lifestyle changes vs. a strict dieting approach. In addition to designing a sustainable nutrition plan, she will also work with you to prioritize other foundational aspects of health, such as stress management, sleep hygiene, and physical activity. As an Integrative and Functional Dietitian and Diabetes Educator, I can use nutrition science with labs, genetics, and your observations to help you not only get well but feel better for life! Common issues I help people with include digestive problems, PCOS, testosterone support, DIABETES, high blood pressure, anxiety/depression, hypothyroidism, sensitivity-related illness, and weight management. Heather is passionate about working collaboratively with her clients to help them heal their relationship with their body and food. She works with clients to facilitate changes that will improve overall quality of life. She believes that food and nutrition should not only support someone’s physical health, but their social, emotional, and mental health as well. Her own experiences have fueled her particular interest in intuitive eating, disordered eating and HAES aligned care. She loves working alongside clients to find creative ways to make food both nourishing and enjoyable.

Jessica specializes in working with PCOS, Disordered/Eating Disorders, Infertility Nutrition, Pre/Post Partum, Hormonal Imbalances, and other areas. She believes that a diet should not only support someone’s physical health, but their social, emotional, and mental health as well. She works with her clients to identify their goals, understand their lifestyle and preferences, and create a plan that fits their unique needs. Jessica also recognizes that food is more than just fuel for the body – it is often tied to emotions, memories, and cultural traditions. As such, she helps her clients to build a positive relationship with food.

My passion for health focuses on holistic, integrative, and functional nutrition therapy for the management of hypothyroidism, Hashimoto's, PCOS, migraines, brain fog, and/or fatigue.
