Hi there! I'm Aditi, Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and founder of Nourish By Aditi. I received my Master’s in Public Health from Loma Linda University, California. My experience encompasses a thriving private practice and serve as an industry consultant for local nursing facilities, various clinical hospitals, and dialysis centers as a senior dietitian. This experience has generated a fortitude and compassion to support my clients' end-to-end health goals. I believe in focusing on the whole person and empowering my clients to be their own health advocates; there is no one-size-fits-all approach.

I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor and Health at Every Size (HAES) practitioner. I specialize in eating disorder recovery and helping people find food freedom. Kristin enjoys collaborating with her clients and supporting them on their journey towards making sustainable lifestyle changes and believes health relies on the balance of nutritional, mental, social, emotional, physical and spiritual wellness. She whole heartedly believes that food is information for our cells and what we eat is critical to how we reveal ourselves to the world.

Ilana has been a Registered Dietitian since 2017. She completed her dietetic internship at Rush University Medical Center in Chicago, IL. She specializes in providing medical nutrition therapy for various neurological conditions including epilepsy, post-traumatic brain injury, stroke prevention and post-stroke management, swallowing difficulty with use of modified diets, alternative routes of nutrition. Additionally, she also provides medical nutrition therapy for gestational diabetes, high cholesterol and weight loss. Ilana enjoys getting to know her patients and working with them overtime to achieve and further goals.

Elisa Stegman is a Board Certified Registered Dietitian Nutritionist. She completed her BS in Dietetics from Iowa State University and her MS in Clinical Nutrition from University of Wisconsin. Elisa is Chicago-based with several years of both pediatric and adult clinical experience at the University of Iowa and Lurie Children's hospitals. She is a Certified Nutrition Support Clinician and is also currently working toward a certificate in Integrative Functional Nutrition. Elisa believes in approaching health from a holistic perspective and the value of using food as medicine.

My approach to care is to address the whole person not just the diagnosis. As an experienced nutrition expert, I have worked for the past 15 years helping individuals improve their lives and maintain their health with nutrition therapy, positive mindsets and fitness. I believe strongly that food plays one of the biggest roles in our life with regard to maintaining our health and healing our bodies. Jennifer is a Registered Dietitian with over 20 years of experience in the field of nutrition. After earning her bachelor’s degree in dietetics from Ohio University, Jennifer completed an accredited dietetic internship and master’s degree in Clinical Nutrition from Rush University Medical Center in Chicago. When working with Jennifer, she will support you in accomplishing your health goals in a non-judgmental environment. Jennifer has enjoyed working in various healthcare settings providing medical nutrition therapy to adults with chronic diseases as well as ensuring pregnant women are meeting their nutrition requirements.

Alex is a board-certified lead dietitian at one of New York's largest hospitals. He started his private practice to improve access to nutritional counseling and build deep, long-term relationships with patients who are managing nutrition-related health conditions. His work focuses on patients with both chronic and acute/severe conditions, ranging from rapid weight change to cancer. Regardless of health reason, Alex strives to always create a kind and caring environment for his patients.
