A mom of two amazing young men, a lifelong equestrian, a rock -n- roll drummer and a farmer -sheep, chickens and horses. I have explored life on many levels including my formal education at Michigan State University where I received a BS in Animal Science and another in Human Nutrition/Dietetics. A stint as an Air Force dietitian, thousands of hours in personal development with Tony Robbins, Joseph McClendon III and the Legendary Group have and continue to support my growth. Brianne is a registered dietitian who practices out of Health Loft. I am a Registered Dietitian licensed to practice in Illinois. I received my Bachelors in Nutrition Science with a minor in biological sciences from University of Illinois at Chicago. As an undergrad I participated in research related to diabetes, weight loss, physical activity and public health. I completed 1200 hours of supervised clinical training from Uchicago Medicine Ingalls memorial Dietetic Internship program. During my training I did research on nutrigenomics, diabetes, and weight loss.

Asante is a Board-Certified Registered Dietitian. She completed her clinical internship and masters degree at Rush University Medical Center after graduating from Case Western Reserve University. Asante is an expert in counseling and educating patients who need medical nutrition therapy in either an inpatient or outpatient setting. In sessions with Asante she will empower her patients and instill confidence in his or herself to achieve desired goals.

Jennifer is a Registered Dietitian with over 20 years of experience in the field of nutrition. After earning her bachelor’s degree in dietetics from Ohio University, Jennifer completed an accredited dietetic internship and master’s degree in Clinical Nutrition from Rush University Medical Center in Chicago. When working with Jennifer, she will support you in accomplishing your health goals in a non-judgmental environment. Jennifer has enjoyed working in various healthcare settings providing medical nutrition therapy to adults with chronic diseases as well as ensuring pregnant women are meeting their nutrition requirements.

Michele is a Registered Licensed Dietitian with extensive experience in both the inpatient and outpatient settings. I not only have years of professional experience, but I have years of life experience. I see you as an individual with unique circumstances and needs. I enjoy getting to know each client and working together to reach attainable, sustainable goals. I practice what I teach and I enjoy the reward of a healthy life. Kara Blohm, MS, RD, CSSD, LDN, CDCES is a Chicago area Registered Dietitian, she holds two Master of Science degrees from San Diego State University - one in Nutritional Science and one in Exercise Physiology. Stacey Simon is a Registered Dietitian-Nutritionist with a passion for serving the adult and older adult population. Elisa Stegman is a Board Certified Registered Dietitian Nutritionist. She completed her BS in Dietetics from Iowa State University and her MS in Clinical Nutrition from University of Wisconsin. Elisa is Chicago-based with several years of both pediatric and adult clinical experience at the University of Iowa and Lurie Children's hospitals. She is a Certified Nutrition Support Clinician and is also currently working toward a certificate in Integrative Functional Nutrition. Elisa believes in approaching health from a holistic perspective and the value of using food as medicine.
