I am a Clinical Registered Dietitian and specialize in renal disease, diabetes, GI including enteral (Tube Feedings) & parenteral nutrition. In addition to my private practice, I am currently working as an acute care clinical dietitian at Olive-View UCLA Medical Center, & as an Organ Transplant Dietitian at Keck Medical Center of USC & an outpatient Dialysis Cedars Sinai Medical Center; additionally, have led outpatient diabetes education and weight loss and bariatric education classes at Olive View UCLA Medical Center. My goal is to help & teach my patients how to make nutritionally sound food choices to speed the recovery process.

Nicole is a Board-Certified Registered Dietitian Nutritionist. She completed her dietetic internship through the coordinated graduate program at Northern Illinois University after attending the University of Minnesota for her undergraduate degree in nutrition. After sessions with Nicole, you can expect to feel empowered to make food choices that make you feel your best. You will gain a better understanding about how food and nutrition work in the body. Nicole excels at assisting clients with goal setting and providing clients with tools to achieve their goals.

Beth has been working for over five years as an inpatient, outpatient and long-term care Licensed Registered Dietitian. The possibilities to manage and prevent chronic disease with improved nutrition inspired Beth to begin a career in dietetics. A food lover at heart, Beth believes food must always taste good, therefore she loves to be creative with recipes to increase nutritional value. Anna Petersen is a Registered and Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist, certified by the Commission on Dietetic Registration and licensed in the state of Illinois. She graduated with a Master of Science degree in Food, Nutrition and Dietetics and has 10+ years of clinical experience, providing Medical Nutrition Therapy to complex patients in a fast paced acute care setting. Anna’s experience as an inpatient dietitian has provided her with a strong foundation, working with various disease states as well as diverse populations throughout the lifespan.

Nazia received her Bachelor of Science in Nutrition from Benedictine University in Lisle, IL. She then went onto complete her Master of Science in Nutrition and Wellness (MSNW) and Masters of Public Health (MPH) alongside her Dietetic Internship at Benedictine University. She then worked for Kaplan University for their Nutrition Department as an adjunct instructor. She has also worked as a clinical dietitian for Good Samaritan Hospital. While at Kaplan Nazia completed her Master of Science in Education in Instructional technology (MS Ed.). Nazia is currently working on her PhD in Health Sciences.

Sofia is passionate about helping others build a positive relationship with food and their bodies.
