Whether it is swimming in the summer (we're just outside of Chicago!), skiing/snowboarding in the winter, or family walks around our neighborhood, we like to keep busy! My name is Michel Harris and I have been a Registered Dietitian since 2000 and a Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist since 2010. I completed my undergraduate and graduate studies at Benedictine University before by internship at Hines VA Hospital. Kelly Krikhely MS RD CDN is a registered dietitian nutritionist who works one on one with clients to create individualized and realistic eating plans that fit their needs and lifestyle. Background: After obtaining a Master of Science degree in Clinical Nutrition from New York University, Kelly worked for many years at Mount Sinai Hospital. She now works at New York Presbyterian Columbia Irving Medical Center, and teaches clinical nutrition as an adjunct professor at New York University. Kelly also has a private practice on the side and offers sessions in the evening hours on weekdays, and in the morning and afternoon on Sundays.

As a result of COVID, I transitioned to virtual patient care and education services targeting women with diabetes in pregnancy, and regularly teaches virtual childbirth education classes.
