I have been a Registered Dietitian for 17 years specializing in the treatment of eating disorders and disordered eating. I help people change their relationship with food and exercise while promoting positive body image. In addition to providing nutrition education on normal eating, I also address the thoughts and feelings around food. I promote a non-diet approach to health in which all foods can fit into the diet. The goal is for you to develop a positive and healthy relationship with food and your body.

Kylie Peterson MPH, RDN, CDCES, RYT has 9 years of experience working in hospital critical care and out patient settings. Her experience includes extensive GI complications/disease, diabetes, liver, heart and kidney disease, and disordered eating. Kelli Jo Grover MS, RDN has 7 years of experience working with eating disorders. She specializes in complications along side eating disorders including gastroparesis, SMA, EDS, OCD, Trauma, BPD, POTS, bariatric surgeries, and enteral feedings.

As a functional dietitian & mother of two, I understand the unique challenges that parenthood can present. With over 10 years experience, I specialize in the areas of fertility, PCOS, prenatal, postpartum, and pediatric nutrition providing professional and personal expertise. I also help those with diabetes including gestational diabetes and can help keep your blood sugars manageable while still enjoying your your favorite foods. Brina is originally from the Midwest; growing up in North Dakota and attending college at University of Minnesota - Twin Cities where she received her BS in Nutrition and Dietetics in 1995. After college graduation, she relocated to the Phoenix area to start her career as an RD. Brina specializes in eating disorders and is a Certified Eating Disorder Specialist. She also specializes in intuitive eating, sports nutrition, digestive issues and food allergies. Brina is a Health At Every Size RD and is here to help you heal your relationship with food and your body.

I am a Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor and am trained by Evelyn Tribole, one of the authors of Intuitive Eating and use the principles to facilitate eating disorder recovery in sessions.
