I specialize in treating the full spectrum of eating disorders in both adults and adolescents. I began my work at the residential treatment level of care working with both adult and adolescent eating disorder patients. I then widened my experience and furthered my skills by working in the outpatient setting. I again worked with adolescents and adults both with eating disorders and other medical conditions requiring medical nutrition therapy. Since that time I have worked as the lead dietitian at the residential treatment level of care treating adolescents with severe eating disorders.

I’m a Registered Dietitian with a passion for helping families find bliss around the table. As a mom myself, I understand the concerns that can come with feeding your child—we often ask ourselves questions like, Are they getting enough? Am I promoting healthy habits?These concerns are totally normal. I’m here to tell you that you’re not alone & are probably doing better than you think! Kristin offers a positive approach to nutrition by focusing on building a healthy relationship with food, making lifestyle changes, goal setting and problem solving to overcome barriers. She believes in staying positive, and that it’s never too late to make lifestyle changes that can lead to a healthier life. Kristin became a dietitian after the experience of caregiving in high school for her grandmother.

I am passionate about working with individuals struggling with eating disorders (anorexia, bulimia, binge eating disorder, OSFED, ARFID) and disordered eating (such as chronic dieting, compulsive overeating, emotional eating, etc). I know my clients are so much MORE than their eating disorder/disordered eating and I love helping them visualize and achieve their potential.
