Alexis is the founder of Alexis Cascone Nutrition, LLC. Which is a virtual nutrition consulting practice based out of Central Connecticut. Alexis practices health at every size and body weight inclusivity within her practice. You and Alexis will work together to establish a road map to get you or your child feeling your best!
