Anna is a Registered Dietitian that practices out of Health Loft specializing in working with adults and pediatrics with a history of GI disorders (Celiac, IBS, Low-FODMAP, IBD, Constipation, GERD, lactase and sucrase deficiency), Healthy Eating, Weight Management, Food Allergies, and Pediatric Nutrition. She works collaboratively with clients to set realistic and practical goals reflective of individualized nutrition plans. She believes that balanced nutrition looks differently for everyone, and client’s medical history needs to be considered along with their resources, schedules, and circumstances.

I would be SO EXCITED to help you meet your nutrition needs. I am an advocate for mindful / intuitive eating and realistic lifestyle changes. I would love to work with you for overcoming emotional / disordered eating, disease specific nutrition (cancer, heart disease, diabetes, CKD or PCOS), general nutrition education about how to life a balanced lifestyle, learning how to safely be vegan or vegetarian or corporate wellness. Please note, I am not weight loss focused and do not have any diet plans. I have an "All Foods Fit" mentality and believe food can be used for many reasons including FUN and FUNCTIONALLY.

I grew up on Long Island and attended Oneonta State College and I received my Bachelors of Science in Nutrition/Dietetics. Then I attended Tufts University in Boston where I received my Masters of Science in Nutrition Issues and Food Policy. Then I went to Tulane and completed my internship to become a Registered Dietitian. I became a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Council on Strength and Fitness .
