At VidaEats, we specialize in getting to know your specific needs and working with them to help prevent or delay kidney failure. Our goal is to reduce the amount of people who end up on renal replacement therapy (dialysis). If you are on dialysis, we can provide nutrition care in step with your in-center dietitian to help you feel more energized and improve your lab parameters. If you do not have kidney disease, we have dietitians who specialize in a variety of conditions.

Leddy is a Spanish-speaking dietitian-nutritionist with extensive experience in both pediatric and geriatric nutrition counseling for feeding disorders, diabetes, heart health, and weight management. Leddy provides medical nutrition therapy for weight management, cardiovascular health, prediabetes, diabetes, allergies, and gastrointestinal and food intolerances.

Jessica is a Registered Dietitian who is passionate about helping people navigate the world of nutrition all while creating a happy, healthy relationship with food. Food does not replace medicine; however, she does believe that it can go a long way in preventing and managing diseases and conditions. I also use functional approaches and focus on all aspects of health, like sleep, stress, and gut health. I practice from a weight-inclusive perspective, so weight is the last thing we'll discuss, if at all.

In my undergraduate program at Benedictine University, I was awarded the community nutrition award; which is awarded to dietetic students that provide service to the community through nutrition. Fast forward a few years, and I have been a dietitian for almost 4 years. It is enlightening to see how much has changed since the beginning of my career. As well as how much I have learned and grown throughout while educating clients about their nutrition needs.
