I grew up on Long Island and attended Oneonta State College and I received my Bachelors of Science in Nutrition/Dietetics. Then I attended Tufts University in Boston where I received my Masters of Science in Nutrition Issues and Food Policy. Then I went to Tulane and completed my internship to become a Registered Dietitian. I became a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Council on Strength and Fitness . I would be SO EXCITED to help you meet your nutrition needs. I am an advocate for mindful / intuitive eating and realistic lifestyle changes. I would love to work with you for overcoming emotional / disordered eating, disease specific nutrition (cancer, heart disease, diabetes, CKD or PCOS), general nutrition education about how to life a balanced lifestyle, learning how to safely be vegan or vegetarian or corporate wellness. Please note, I am not weight loss focused and do not have any diet plans. I have an "All Foods Fit" mentality and believe food can be used for many reasons including FUN and FUNCTIONALLY.
