I am a registered and licensed dietitian with Nutrition in Motion, LLC with years of experience in nutrition counseling and education. I have worked with different age groups from infancy to geriatrics. I am passionate about helping clients build a healthy relationship with food and working with them to overcome barriers and live the life that they intend to have. We will work on developing sustainable eating habits that fit into your lifestyle and empower you to make informed decisions about your food. Sessions are via Telehealth appointments.

Having a degree in both Psychology and nutrition enables me to use counseling and behavior modification in conjunction with nutrition therapy. Anna is a Registered Dietitian that practices out of Health Loft specializing in working with adults and pediatrics with a history of GI disorders (Celiac, IBS, Low-FODMAP, IBD, Constipation, GERD, lactase and sucrase deficiency), Healthy Eating, Weight Management, Food Allergies, and Pediatric Nutrition. She works collaboratively with clients to set realistic and practical goals reflective of individualized nutrition plans. She believes that balanced nutrition looks differently for everyone, and client’s medical history needs to be considered along with their resources, schedules, and circumstances.

Hey there! My name is Christina Yangas. I'm a nationally registered dietitian with a masters degree in human nutrition from The University of Alabama.
