Hello, I am Virginia (Gigi) a registered dietitian, psychotherapist, and yoga and mindfulness teacher. I specialize in supporting individuals struggling with eating disorders/disordered eating, are in a journey of healing their relationships with food and exercise and want reconnection with their bodies. I also provide individualized medical nutrition therapy for diverse health conditions from a weight inclusive approach.
