She is a well known author of many textbooks and peer reviewed research articles as well as a national speaker on health and nutrition. She holds a B.S. in Nutrition from NYU, a M.S in Nutrition and Physiology from Columbia University and a Doctorate in Health and Behavior Studies from Columbia University. She is a Registered Dietitian with many years of clinical experience including obesity, diabetes, cancer, heart disease, eating disorders. She is a Certified LEAP therapist to TEST and treat food intolerances.

Peggy is a registered and licensed dietitian. She graduated Cum Laude with a double major in biology and psychology from Loyola University. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Illinois, with her Dietetics degree and her Masters in Public Health. Peggy has counseled thousands of patients in an outpatient setting for over 22 years. By working with Peggy, you will gain increased clarity with not only your personal nutrition goals, but also the sometimes confusing and conflicting nutrition landscape. She provides one-on-one, personalized nutrition recommendations in a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere.

Leddy is a Spanish-speaking dietitian-nutritionist with extensive experience in both pediatric and geriatric nutrition counseling for feeding disorders, diabetes, heart health, and weight management. Leddy provides medical nutrition therapy for weight management, cardiovascular health, prediabetes, diabetes, allergies, and gastrointestinal and food intolerances.

Christine is a registered and licensed dietitian with over 10 years of medical nutrition therapy experience in various healthcare settings, including the University of Chicago Medical Center. She completed her undergraduate work at the University of Illinois in Urbana-Champaign, obtained her RD certificate after her dietetic internship at the University of Wisconsin in Green bay, and later finished her Master’s degree in Sports Nutrition from Concordia University Chicago. She is passionate about helping others reach their fitness, health, and wellness goals, while understanding there is no one-size-fits-all approach to nutrition.

I am a registered dietitian (RD) and a certified nutrition support clinician (CNSC) with 12 years of experience providing medical nutrition therapy. I have an undergraduate and a graduate degree in nutrition and dietetics and I am currently pursuing a doctorate degree in clinical nutrition to further advance my knowledge and skills as a RD. I am a Chicago suburb-based Dietitian who received my Bachelors of Science in Human Nutrition and Dietetics at Southern Illinois University. I completed my dietetic internship and received her MBA in Healthcare Administration from Dominican University in River Forest, IL. I worked over 10 years in an ICU until realizing her passion was preventative medicine and helping people get and stay healthy. As a result of COVID, I transitioned to virtual patient care and education services targeting women with diabetes in pregnancy, and regularly teaches virtual childbirth education classes.

I was a very picky eater (sorry mom and dad!), and decided early on that I would be a vegetarian.
