Emma is a Mandarin-speaking dietitian-nutritionist. She attended New York University where she obtained a Bachelor's in Nutrition and Dietetics. Emma specializes in nutrition counseling for weight management, pre-diabetes, cardiovascular health, and adolescences nutrition.

Kelsey is a CDR Board- certified Registered Dietitian. Kelsey graduated from Southeast Missouri State University with a B.S. in dietetics. She has over 8 years of experience providing medical nutrition therapy and nutrition counseling in both inpatient and tele-health settings. Kelsey enjoys working with clients to make sustainable lifestyle changes. She has helped numerous clients meet their goals regarding weight management, diabetes, and heart health. Brooklyn is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) who earned both her Bachelor of Science in Community-Medical Dietetics and Master of Science in Nutrition Science degrees from Viterbo University in La Crosse, WI. She also completed her 1,200+ hour dietetic internship that focused on both community and clinical dietetics. During nutrition counseling sessions with Brooklyn, you can expect to feel fully heard and motivated to reach your unique nutritional goals.

Dr. Lana Zinger is a Professor of Nutrition, Public Health and Health Coaching. She is a well known author of many textbooks and peer reviewed research articles as well as a national speaker on health and nutrition. She holds a B.S. in Nutrition from NYU, a M.S in Nutrition and Physiology from Columbia University and a Doctorate in Health and Behavior Studies from Columbia University. She is a Registered Dietitian with many years of clinical experience including obesity, diabetes, cancer, heart disease, eating disorders. She is a Certified LEAP therapist to TEST and treat food intolerances.

Brianne is a registered dietitian who practices out of Health Loft. She enjoys working with clients to provide individualized support in reaching their health goals and achieving sustainable lifestyle changes. Her perspective is rooted in meeting a patient where they are at in their journey with no judgment. She believes wholeheartedly that the approach with nutrition, eating and health is not one size fits all and strives to support patients in each of their unique journeys, one step at a time.

Megan Wolf is a New York City based Registered Dietitian. She holds a Masters degree in Clinical Nutrition from New York University and a Bachelors degree in Anthropology from Bates College. Megan is an avid cook, public speaker, and cookbook author. She is the author of the plant based cookbook, Great Meals with Greens and Grains.

I am a Chicago suburb-based Dietitian who received my Bachelors of Science in Human Nutrition and Dietetics at Southern Illinois University. I completed my dietetic internship and received her MBA in Healthcare Administration from Dominican University in River Forest, IL. I worked over 10 years in an ICU until realizing her passion was preventative medicine and helping people get and stay healthy. We all deserve to feel our best and sometimes we need to peel away layers to get there. Every body is different, I work with you on your individual needs and goals to get you to optimal health.

Alaa Elhannouny, a Registered Dietitian (RD) credentialed by the Commission on Dietetic Registration, completed her supervised practice in the Master's Coordinated Nutrition program at the University of Illinois at Chicago. Her motivation as an RD is driven by her goal to prevent and combat the chronic conditions that affect many individuals today. Recognizing that nutrition is a key lifestyle risk factor for chronic diseases, she strives to empower clients to make informed decisions for optimal nutrition, helping them feel their best.

The goal is to empower my clients with the nutrition basics of managing their health goals and/or conditions. The coming together of knowledge and action is the key to inspiring change. This is best accomplished one behavior at a time. At the first session, we establish personal goals and useful tools. During following sessions, we review previous food and activity logs. Then we discuss 1-2 practical actions that contribute to the desired health goals established.
