I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and Certified Personal Trainer born and raised in Southern California. I completed my Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Nutrition at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. My interest in nutrition and exercise developed in high school as I grew up playing multiple sports and began to love cooking. I specialize in nutrition and exercise counseling for athletic performance, weight loss, and achieving optimal changes in body composition. Additionally, I have extensive knowledge in plant-based diets to help improve cardiovascular health, manage weight and improve other chronic health conditions.

We are highly experienced non-diet and weight-inclusive dietitians. We treat all conditions including eating disorders, diabetes, heart disease, women's health issues, allergies, family nutrition, intuitive eating and more. When I first entered the workforce as a dietitian my life looked picture perfect on the outside, but on the inside my work was so unfulfilling and I couldn’t quite put my finger on it; then intuitive eating and reiki entered my life.
