Hi, I’m Samantha! I am a registered dietitian in Maryland. I see clients in Greenbelt and Columbia, Maryland, and virtually across the USA! In high school, I had an unhealthy relationship with food and my body image, leading me to follow fad diets for several years.

My ideal client struggles with chronic dieting, disordered eating, and body image concerns, and is ready to make peace with food and find a peaceful, productive relationship with their body.
