Hello! My name is Gabby. I am a registered dietitian that works with clients in Maryland and virtually across the USA. I have lived with chronic illness since I was 14, which inspired me to get into the nutrition field. However, over the many years of my education, I developed a poor relationship with food and body image.

Rebecca is a registered dietitian, board certified sports dietitian and a personal trainer with her Bachelor's degree in dietetics and her graduate degree in exercise and sports science from Iowa State University. She also has a personal training certification from the American College of Sports Medicine. Rebecca works with digestive issues, allergies, weight issues and with several athletes from various training groups - DC tri, Team Z, Team in Training, Pacers, and others. She also works closely with folks with multiple food allergies and has very extensive and personal experience in this area as well as with weight loss.

I specialize in intuitive eating, gut & hormones. Your relationship with food does not have to be complicated. Hilary is a Registered Dietitian with clinical experience in providing medical nutrition therapy for a variety of conditions (E.g., diabetes, heart disease, weight management, etc.) and she is passionate about women’s health. Her approach to counseling aims to optimize her client’s nutrition with compassion and an individualized approach.

My ideal client struggles with chronic dieting, disordered eating, and body image concerns, and is ready to make peace with food and find a peaceful, productive relationship with their body. My clients want to feel empowered to intuitively care for and love their bodies- without dieting or restriction. There may also be concerns such as desire for weight loss, PCOS or a missing period, or metabolic concerns such as prediabetes or elevated cholesterol. Together, we find a path toward self-love and a guilt-free food relationship while focusing on your desired health goals.
