She works collaboratively with clients to set realistic and practical goals reflective of individualized nutrition plans. She believes that balanced nutrition looks differently for everyone, and client’s medical history needs to be considered along with their resources, schedules, and circumstances.

Nicholas has also completed training in the FODMAP diet for Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) through Monash University. Nicholas knows firsthand the devastating impact chronic diseases have on someone's life, and it is what drives him in his career as a dietitian.

Cristina is a Registered Dietitian passionate about educating patients to empower them to live their healthiest lives. She delivers a science-based approach that guides her patients to be less reliant on medications and to manage chronic conditions through proper nourishment. She also believes in a whole-body approach to health and that it can be achieved not only through good nutrition, but also through certain self-care practices.

I am a pediatric registered dietitian and lactation counselor specializing in GI nutrition and gut health. I help little ones with reflux, food allergies, FPIES, SIBO, constipation, eczema, and more by supporting healthy digestion. This also includes food allergy prevention and management. My mission is to help parents and families by providing personalized strategies, tools, and guidance with a more holistic approach, and without unnecessary medications. I also offer functional lab testing to get to the underlying cause of your family's symptoms. My services are currently offered via telehealth.

She is certified in Culinary Genomics and her practice focuses on weight loss and lifestyle change, hormonal imbalances, anti-aging nutrition, childhood obesity and medical nutritional therapy for chronic conditions and diseases, including cancer nutrition therapies. Meryl uses a multidisciplinary team approach andy works with doctors, psychologists and therapists.
