Nutrition is my mission! As a Registered Dietitian/Nutritionist, Certified Diabetes Educator and Intrinsic Coach, I have dedicated over 20 years to helping people achieve their best health. Dana specializes in individual holistic client care by supporting clients, not only through learning how to eat healthier, but also dealing with one's psychological relationship with food. Dana is a Registered Dietitian/Nutritionist, Licensed Professional Counselor, specializing in Weight Management, Eating Disorders and Sports Nutrition. She works with clients on an interpersonal level in order to provide quality care that goes beyond just basic nutrition services. Her philosophy is that, in order to help one achieve optimal wellness, it is important to get know each client as an individual and explore their associations with food.

Stephanie is a passionate Registered Dietitian who specializes in eating disorders and eating-related issues, including Avoidant Restrictive Food Intake Disorder (ARFID), as well as weight management and sports nutrition. Stephanie has additional experience treating gastrointestinal issues, diabetes management, cardiovascular health, and renal disease. She believes nutrition is integral in all aspects of one’s health and strives to understand her clients on an interpersonal level in order to assist them with their complex issues around food.

Greta is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with a Master’s of Science in nutrition. Greta graduated from Saint Elizabeth’s University where she specialized in alternative nutrition approaches, medical nutrition therapy and motivational interviewing. Greta’s passion is helping adolescents and adults with eating disorders and related struggles such as body image, weight management, and self-esteem issues. She has additional experience working in a hospital setting providing nutrition education for clients with diabetes, renal issues, cardiovascular disease and gastrointestinal problems.

I am a registered dietitian/nutritionist & diabetes educator with over 25 years of expertise in counseling individual clients, families and larger groups. I am a provider for most major insurances including(but not limited to) Aetna, Personal Choice, Keystone, Blue Cross, Cigna, Health Partners and Medicare. I am passionate about working with my clients to help them make life-long changes in their eating habits, tailoring it to their individual lifestyle(s), rather than creating "just another diet plan." Liv earned her Master's in Nutrition and Exercise Physiology from Teachers College at Columbia University and completed her dietetic internship at numerous clinical and community settings around New York and New Jersey. As a registered dietitian, Liv (pronounced “Leave”) brings a blend of nutrition science (“what to eat”) and behavior science (“how to eat”) that places her in a unique and vital role within the healthcare system.
