Thank you for taking the time to look at my profile. I have been providing individualized, nutrition counseling to clients of all ages, for over 25 years. I split my time between my private practice and working with Yale's varsity athletes to optimize for peak performance. I specialize in disordered eating and sports and/or performance nutrition, but I also offer counseling and nutrition education, in the areas of weight loss and management, specialized diets (i.e. elevated cholesterol, cardiovascular concerns, Diabetes, etc.), pre/post-natal diets, and general wellness.

As a dietitian, I educate, empower and give you the tools needed to create new eating habits, and promote positive lifestyle changes that are sustainable and realistic. With a client centered approach, I provide individualized nutrition counseling people of all ages. There is no “one size fits all” solution when it comes to achieving health.

The body should be treated as a whole - every aspect of your health is interconnected. The goal is to focus on addressing the root causes of your health concerns and not just manage symptoms. My nutrition counseling style is a non-diet approach to help clients experience greater joy and fulfillment in life and in their relationship with food. I will expertly guide you through your unique journey to create a sustainable and positive relationship with nutrition - without the strict food rules!

I work one-on-one with clients with the intention of preventing chronic disease states, such as heart disease, obesity, diabetes, and other other life-altering diseases through lifestyle.
