I am an eating disorder dietitian in Washington, DC who specializes in working with adults with eating disorders and truly believe full recovery is possible. I work with client's recovering from anorexia nervosa and bulimia nervosa (which I believe can occur at all body sizes but in some cases is referred to as Other Specified Feeding and Eating Disorder or OSFED), Orthorexia, Avoidant Restrictive Food Intake Disorder (ARFID), Binge Eating Disorder, body image concerns and body dysmorphia. Rebecca is a registered dietitian, board certified sports dietitian and a personal trainer with her Bachelor's degree in dietetics and her graduate degree in exercise and sports science from Iowa State University. She also has a personal training certification from the American College of Sports Medicine. Rebecca works with digestive issues, allergies, weight issues and with several athletes from various training groups - DC tri, Team Z, Team in Training, Pacers, and others. She also works closely with folks with multiple food allergies and has very extensive and personal experience in this area as well as with weight loss.

I graduated with a BS in Dietetics from Kansas State University and a MS in Dietetics from the University of Rhode Island. I have worked extensively with eating disorder patients in a treatment facility and have experience working with clients who struggle with weight management and diabetes.
