Hello! I'm an integrative nutritionist, herbalist, and home chef who helps women understand what their symptoms are telling them and how to use food, herbs, and life habits to come back into balance. Clients come to me for a wide range of issues, but mainly fatigue, weight loss, constipation, IBS, anxiety, mild depression, as well as women wanting to age healthily and feed their families well (i.e. nourishing food without stress!). We use tools such as my in-depth lab work analysis, visual meal planner with 1000s of recipes, voice chat in between sessions, personal cookbooks and more.

I started my career in clinical nutrition with a weight loss of over 70 lbs. Since then, I have obtained my graduate degree in Clinical Nutrition from New York University and am currently on the board of directors of the National Lipid Association and the Clinical Nutrition Coordinator at the NYU School of Medicine. My sub-specialty is weight management (loss/gain) and heart health (cholesterol, blood pressure, familial hypercholesterolemia, diabetes and pre-diabetes, and metabolic syndrome).
