Hello! I am a Registered Dietitian with a weight-inclusive, trauma-informed, somatic and relational approach. I provide nutrition therapy focused on helping people heal their relationships with food and their body. Using my training in the Embodied Recovery model, I help clients understand how their eating behaviors intersect with their nervous system states, and help them to safely reconnect with their body's cues and needs, deepening embodiment as a means to authentic eating disorder recovery. I also have experience working with clients diagnosed with DID and clients with feeding tubes.

Since then, I have obtained my graduate degree in Clinical Nutrition from New York University and am currently on the board of directors of the National Lipid Association and the Clinical Nutrition Coordinator at the NYU School of Medicine.
