Hello! I am a Registered Dietitian with a weight-inclusive, trauma-informed, somatic and relational approach. I provide nutrition therapy focused on helping people heal their relationships with food and their body. Using my training in the Embodied Recovery model, I help clients understand how their eating behaviors intersect with their nervous system states, and help them to safely reconnect with their body's cues and needs, deepening embodiment as a means to authentic eating disorder recovery. I also have experience working with clients diagnosed with DID and clients with feeding tubes.

For about 20+ years, many patients have come to me with issues around emotional/stress eating, weight management, skin problems, digestive health concerns, mood/energy shifts, blood sugar irregularity, and lab abnormalities.
