As a Registered Dietitian for Lighthouse Nutrition and Wellness, I enjoy working with clients who realize how important lifestyle and diet are to their health and overall life quality. Dr. Kim Lien Le obtained her Doctorate in Clinical Nutrition (DCN). She is a Certified Nutritionist (CN) in the state of Washington and a Certified Nutrition Specialist (CNS). Dr. Le understands that there is nothing more valuable to you than your health. As the founder of “Healthy is Wealthy LLC,” Dr. Le uses a holistic, flexible and personalized approach to address each individual’s unique health goals and needs.

Emily practices out of Health Loft and specializes in working with Eating Disorders, Disordered Eating, Plant Based Diets, Digestive Issues, Body Image Concerns and other conditions. She strongly believes that all foods fit and strives to help clients in their food freedom journey. Using a weight neutral and non-judgemental approach, Emily believes that health is multifactorial and will work to see you as a person, rather than a diagnosis. Emily has spent the majority of her career in higher levels of care for eating disorder treatment (RES, PHP, IOP) treating various eating disorders diagnoses.

Liz Wyosnick MS, RDN is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with a Masters in Nutrition Science. I offer a non-dogmatic approach to health where recommendations are rooted in sustainability and science. I am particularly passionate about empowering individuals to live their life most well, in which healthy choices become what they want to do, versus what they have to do. I enjoy collaborating with my clients so that they receive thoughtful education around food, the body, and systems, as well as helpful insight within behavior change research.

Yuchi Yang, MS, RD, is passionate about helping people address their nutritional questions and concerns. Many of her clients feel comfortable with her understanding etiquette and find her realistic approach motivating. As a dietitian for over 19 years, I have helped a wide range of clients from pediatrics to geriatrics. I have specialized in bariatrics (weight loss surgery- sleeve, bypass, lap band) for the last 5 years providing medical clearances and long term follow up to ensure lasting success. I believe in the medicinal value of food and focus my efforts on the inclusion verse the exclusion of foods. Although changing ones eating habits can be challenging, dietary changes should not cause stress or feelings of deprivation. My goal is to help my clients adjust their food choices to achieve their health goals safely.

Kristin is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist who practices out of Health Loft, specializing in working with adults and adolescents with Eating Disorders, Disordered Eating, Digestive issues, Crohn's, Celiac, and interested in Weight Management. Kristin enjoys collaborating with her clients and supporting them on their journey towards making sustainable lifestyle changes and believes health relies on the balance of nutritional, mental, social, emotional, physical and spiritual wellness. She whole heartedly believes that food is information for our cells and what we eat is critical to how we reveal ourselves to the world.

Sofia is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist specializing in working with adults and adolescents with Eating Disorders, Disordered Eating, Digestive issues (IBS, IBD, Low FODMAP), Hormonal Imbalances (PCOS, etc.), and interested in Sports Nutrition. Sofia is passionate about helping others build a positive relationship with food and their bodies. Nutrition is not one-size-fits all, and Sofia believes in the importance of having a client-centered approach and providing personalized nutrition care. Her past experiences have driven her desire to help others reach lifestyle changes in a sustainable and practical way.

She completed her training in Nutrition and Dietetics at Bastyr University which emphasized a root-cause approach to healing. Sadie believes it’s within your control to be your happiest and most vibrant self and her goal is to empower you to achieve this. Sadie’s favorite part about working with others is partnering together and seeing people evolve into their healthiest selves yet. She believes in the body’s innate ability to heal when given the opportunity to do so.
