Robert Hildebrandt, originally from Morris County, New Jersey, has moved to Ocean Country where he is able to specialize in Weight Loss and Diabetes Management. Robert teaches Diabetes Self Management Education Group Programs and Heart Disease Prevention Group Programs. He works with residents in all areas of New Jersey. He received his Bachelor's Degree in Food and Nutrition from the College of Saint Elizabeth in 2016 then completed his Dietetic Internship at Inspira Medical Center in Vineland, New Jersey in 2017.

I assist individuals with disordered eating to the full spectrum of eating disorders. My approach is holistic in that I work with a clients "whole" lifestyle. We will collaborate on new strategies for day to day nutrition; meals at home, work, travel and school. I can develop plans and suggestions for individuals as well as families to help create ease with meals and decrease stress around eating. Over my many years of providing Nutrition Therapy, I have learned how complex most people are. This has led me to continue my education beyond my Nutrition degrees into various certifications, including Diabetes Education, Integrative & Functional Nutrition, as well as the Monash FODMAP program. I have had a lot of success with guiding clients with IBS on Low FODMAP diets. Additionally, I recently completed a Digestive Wellness program in order to help with a growing number of clients with other GI concerns. As an Integrative Nutritionist, I use assessment tools that help me to look at clients in a more comprehensive way.

The roots of Meghan’s approach are deeply grounded in evidence-based science along with the principles of Intuitive Eating & Health at Every Size, which she shapes into practical guidance unique to each client. I work with adolescents and adults who are hoping to build a better relationship with food and their bodies. I spent 7 years working in a facility that provided inpatient, partial hospitalization, and intensive outpatient treatment for people healing from eating disorders; thus I have extensive experience helping people build skills and break down barriers so that they can reclaim their relationships with food. In my private practice, I have worked with clients who are healing from eating disorders, and those building new relationships with food having struggled with disordered eating, chronic dieting, and eating issues in general.
