We will collaborate on new strategies for day to day nutrition; meals at home, work, travel and school. I can develop plans and suggestions for individuals as well as families to help create ease with meals and decrease stress around eating. My clinical experience allows me to counsel for most medical conditions, setting attainable goals that become lifestyle modifications.
