For 34 years I have been devoted to helping people change their relationship with food. I currently serve as the Associate Director of Health Coaching & Intuitive Eating at Rebellious Wellness Counseling. I am credentialed in Intuitive Eating and use that philosophy as a baseline to help my clients create life-long behavioral changes. Having maintained a 50 pound weight loss myself, I understand the need for a personalized program that will break the dieting cycle.

Food/nutrition plays such a big role in our lives. By fully understanding each clients' specific needs, the LBS Nutrition Registered Dietitian's educate, create, and implement appropriate plans that will suit each individual's lifestyle. It is not a "one size fits all" approach. We work very closely with clients through one on one meetings, continuous online communication, offer weigh ins, support groups, cooking events, and more. We offer both in person and virtual visits. Most insurances accepted.

My approach is that all foods fit, and that enjoyment of life and good health are not mutually exclusive. My mission is to help you set the record straight on nutrition and learn how to build a healthy, non-restrictive eating plan that is individualized to your needs and preferences. While good food is the most important thing to me, I take a holistic wellness approach to make sure the good nutrition habits we establish together are serving you well in all other aspects of life including exercise, sleep, and mood.

She is passionate about helping others rediscover their inner strength, channel their body’s innate wisdom, achieve their goals, and reclaim their strongest, happiest, & healthiest selves. The roots of Meghan’s approach are deeply grounded in evidence-based science along with the principles of Intuitive Eating & Health at Every Size, which she shapes into practical guidance unique to each client. Meghan’s vision is to empower others with the knowledge to spark authentic and meaningful change.

As a Doctor of Clinical Nutrition and over 15 years of experience as a registered dietitian, I have implemented specialty nutrition-focused programs for weight management, bariatric surgery, women's health, cancer, congestive heart failure, lipid management, diabetes and gastrointestinal disorders. My approach for behavior modification starts with each client setting their own goals and providing motivation to achieve these goals. Kristen gained her experience with working with clients who have eating disorders while at the Medical Center at Princeton with the inpatient and partial programs, treating children, adolescents, and adults. Kristen provides individual nutrition therapy, family nutrition counseling sessions, as well as coordinated care with other treatment team members. Nutritional therapy is an essential part of recovery from an eating disorder.

Robert Hildebrandt, originally from Morris County, New Jersey, has moved to Ocean Country where he is able to specialize in Weight Loss and Diabetes Management. Robert teaches Diabetes Self Management Education Group Programs and Heart Disease Prevention Group Programs. He works with residents in all areas of New Jersey. He received his Bachelor's Degree in Food and Nutrition from the College of Saint Elizabeth in 2016 then completed his Dietetic Internship at Inspira Medical Center in Vineland, New Jersey in 2017.

I am an anti-diet, Intuitive Eating Coach, and Registered Dietitian dedicated to help you heal your relationship with food and your body. I use a Health at Every Size aligned framework to empower clients to find love and compassion for themselves, freedom from chronic dieting or disordered eating. I use somatic meditations to teach individuals to interpret and respond to the hidden messages lying within the physical body.
