I am a Registered Dietitian/Nutritionist and a Certified Yoga Teacher with over 20 years of experience. If you are struggling to find peace with with food, a chronic dieter, wanting to improve your body image or just want a "nutrition tune up" I can help. You will develop a more peaceful relationship with food and regain trust with your body’s own cues of hunger and fullness. We will work together, utilizing Intuitive Eating strategies and mindfulness techniques in a non judgemental, health at every size approach. All ages, sizes and genders are welcome.

Anna is a Registered Dietitian that practices out of Health Loft specializing in working with adults and pediatrics with a history of GI disorders (Celiac, IBS, Low-FODMAP, IBD, Constipation, GERD, lactase and sucrase deficiency), Healthy Eating, Weight Management, Food Allergies, and Pediatric Nutrition. She works collaboratively with clients to set realistic and practical goals reflective of individualized nutrition plans. She believes that balanced nutrition looks differently for everyone, and client’s medical history needs to be considered along with their resources, schedules, and circumstances.
