Hi! I’m Stacey, a registered dietitian with over two decades of experience in women’s health, gut-brain health, and weight management. As a Certified Gastrointestinal Nutritionist, I help optimize hormone function through gut health. Inspired by my own pregnancy and hormonal issues that followed, I was able to reverse my symptoms through lifestyle changes. Now in perimenopause, I experience minimal symptoms thanks to my choices. Dana is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist certified by the Commission on Dietetic Registration and licensed in the state of Illinois. She completed her internship at the UChicago Medicine Ingalls Memorial Hospital where she focused on community nutrition. Prior to her internship, she was awarded graduate student of the year while she completed her Master of Science degree in Food and Nutritional Sciences. Dana became a dietitian because she has a passion for helping others through food and lifestyle changes.

Natalie is a Board-Certified Registered Dietitian licensed in the state of Illinois. She attended Dominican University, where she completed her BS in Nutrition and Dietetics as well as her MS in Nutrition. Spanning her career, Natalie has worked with a wide variety of individuals, from adolescents to adults with varying health conditions. It was after working with a private practice group in Chicago that Natalie discovered her passion for helping those suffering with eating disorders or years of disordered eating patterns repair their relationship with food.

Lane is a Certified Registered Dietitian. He completed his dietetic internship at UChicago Medicine Ingalls Memorial after graduating with a degree in Dietetics from Indiana University. Lane loves creating a safe space for his clients to share and does his best to provide evidence based medical nutrition therapy. He is also a NASM- Certified Personal Trainer, which allows him to combine his passion for nutrition and fitness. In his free time, he enjoys spending time getting creative. Whether it be through photography, drawing, making new recipes, or creating new workouts.

Catherine obtained a Master’s Degree in Nutritional Science and has over 17 years of experience as a Registered Dietitian. Catherine has experience developing nutrition programs for a health and well-being company and a rehabilitation center. She especially enjoys the one-to-one interaction and relationship that blossoms when working with clients. Anna Petersen is a Registered and Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist, certified by the Commission on Dietetic Registration and licensed in the state of Illinois. She graduated with a Master of Science degree in Food, Nutrition and Dietetics and has 10+ years of clinical experience, providing Medical Nutrition Therapy to complex patients in a fast paced acute care setting. Anna’s experience as an inpatient dietitian has provided her with a strong foundation, working with various disease states as well as diverse populations throughout the lifespan.

Melanie Lewis is an experienced registered dietitian living in Chicago. Her curiosity for food and nutrition began at a young age harvesting and preparing the fresh fruits and vegetables grown right in her own backyard. She completed her bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and Dietetics at Penn State University. After graduation, she traveled to New Orleans, Louisiana to complete over 1000 hours of supervised practice at Tulane School of Public Health and Tropical Medicine. Her experience has allowed her to provide evidence-based nutrition education to diverse populations with a variety of nutritional needs.

Elisa Stegman is a Board Certified Registered Dietitian Nutritionist. She completed her BS in Dietetics from Iowa State University and her MS in Clinical Nutrition from University of Wisconsin. Elisa is Chicago-based with several years of both pediatric and adult clinical experience at the University of Iowa and Lurie Children's hospitals. She is a Certified Nutrition Support Clinician and is also currently working toward a certificate in Integrative Functional Nutrition. Elisa believes in approaching health from a holistic perspective and the value of using food as medicine.

Nicole is a Board-Certified Registered Dietitian Nutritionist. She completed her dietetic internship through the coordinated graduate program at Northern Illinois University after attending the University of Minnesota for her undergraduate degree in nutrition. After sessions with Nicole, you can expect to feel empowered to make food choices that make you feel your best. You will gain a better understanding about how food and nutrition work in the body. Nicole excels at assisting clients with goal setting and providing clients with tools to achieve their goals.

Kristin is a registered dietitian with years of experience working in healthcare, corporate wellness, and the sports & fitness industry. She's coached countless individuals to reach their nutrition and health goals by creating a personalized experience for each client. Kristin has worked tirelessly to help her clients achieve results in weight loss, sports nutrition, disease prevention, heart & gut health, plant based nutrition, and behavior & lifestyle modification and psychology. Kristin works with clients in a variety of settings including in person, skype, home visits, or via phone.

Nazia received her Bachelor of Science in Nutrition from Benedictine University in Lisle, IL. She then went onto complete her Master of Science in Nutrition and Wellness (MSNW) and Masters of Public Health (MPH) alongside her Dietetic Internship at Benedictine University. She then worked for Kaplan University for their Nutrition Department as an adjunct instructor. She has also worked as a clinical dietitian for Good Samaritan Hospital. While at Kaplan Nazia completed her Master of Science in Education in Instructional technology (MS Ed.). Nazia is currently working on her PhD in Health Sciences.

Emily is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, certified by the Commission on Dietetic Registration. She completed her education at Mount Mary University and her clinical internship at Roger’s Behavioral Health, both in Wisconsin. Within her first year of being an RDN, Emily presented to over 100 RDNs in her state on the importance of weight inclusive care. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, reading as many books as possible, and being a cat mom to her big cat (Blue) and little cat (Lilly).
