Hello! I am Leticia the owner of MultiSense Nutrition, LLC. If you are wondering if you should see a Registered Dietitian (RD or RDN), you came to the right place. As an RD I focus on balanced eating and don't want you getting bogged down by "healthy" versus "unhealthy". I use a client centered approach to nutrition for children and families. My 18 years of experience as as Registered Dietitian has provided me with the knowledge to provide comprehensive nutrition education and personalized nutrition planning.

I have a Masters degree in nutrition and am a licensed and credentialed registered dietitian. I also have experience with managing and preventing diabetes. On a personal note, I was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes years ago and know too well the impact that a big health diagnosis can have on your life. Through this experience, I’ve understood the importance of being in touch with your food and wellbeing, and always checking nutrition labels!

I have been a dietitian for 14 years, all of which have included pediatrics to adults. I have worked at two children’s hospitals as well as outpatient settings. Diabetes has been an interest of mine since the beginning so I pursued an advanced certification as a Diabetes Care and Education Specialist. I especially enjoy working with insulin pumps and continuous glucose monitors. I became a dietitian after playing sports throughout my life and becoming a runner as an adult. Heart disease runs in my family and I took a special interest in improving the food choices of those around me to improve their health.
