Barbara Lewin is an internationally recognized sports nutritionist, registered dietitian and functional dietitian. She is the owner of sports-nutritionist.com. Barbara works with serious athletes, including Olympic contenders, triathletes, members of the NFL, NHL and NBA and all types of endurance and ultra-endurance racing. For over 25 years she has been teaching athletes effective and realistic ways to improve their health, optimize performance and successfully manage their weight.
