Hi I'm Tara Gagliostro. I'm a Functional Medicine Nutritionist devoted to helping you find optimal health. Her expertise in medical nutrition therapy includes treating patients with all health conditions, such as diabetes, cardiac, allergies, autoimmune disorders, cancer and weight management. As a Certified LEAP Therapist (CLT), Lori specializes in Mediator Release Testing which measures food and chemical sensitivities with targeted therapy for achieving maximum outcomes effectively and with accuracy.

I consult each person based on their desired health goals in reaching optimal health. With my training I am able to design exercise programs, provide nutritional protocols as well as stress relief through yoga, pilates, Thai massage, Reiki and Nutritional Cellular Cleansing.

As a nutritionist, my focus is working with the families of neurodivergent children to improve their nutrition and bring joy back to meal-time.
