I am a Certified Eating Disorder Specialist and registered dietitian. I have dedicated my career to counseling and pursuing policy change to improve eating disorder treatment access and awareness in Arizona. I am a Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor and am trained by Evelyn Tribole, one of the authors of Intuitive Eating and use the principles to facilitate eating disorder recovery in sessions. I believe my patients possess the inner wisdom to heal and grow in recovery, and it is a true honor to help them find that inner wisdom or their "super power".

My passion and nutrition related experience is in treating people who suffer from various types of eating disorders, addictions and other co-occurring disorders. I want to help clients establish a healthy relationship with food and their body in order to maintain long-term success in their recovery and how they view themselves.

As a Filipino/a/x Dietitian Maria-Lourdes or Malou approaches their work with intersectionality in mind. She sees clients as the expert of their lived experience and believes that folks are "already whole." Whether you are in the action or maintenance phase in your health journey (or eating disorder recovery), Malou welcomes you to come as you are. They invite folks to consider or discover a non-diet, weight-inclusive, anti-oppression approach. With a clinical nutrition background, she offers medical nutrition therapy, nutrition counseling, and nutrition assessments for those concerned of the severity of their symptoms.

I am a Certified Eating Disorders Dietitian Supervisor (CEDS-S) with 30+ years of exclusive eating disorder experience. I have treated thousands working at every level of care since 1995. In 2018, I opened my own outpatient practice specifically to offer alternative treatment solutions to the typical care that is available. I offer individualized "out of the box" evidence based medical nutrition therapies and treatment plans. I carefully combine emotional, cognitive and behavioral therapeutic strategies that best apply to each individual and coordinate your care with a team to help you get the right care not just the typical care.

I specialize in helping clients with all types of eating disorders (Anorexia, Bulimia, Binge Eating Disorder, ARFID and OSFED), working with athletes, and those with various clinical backgrounds including Diabetes and Gastrointestinal Disorders. Kristin specializes in working with adults and adolescents with Eating Disorders, Disordered Eating, PCOS, Digestive Conditions, IBS, Low FODMAP, Chron's, and Pre/Post Natal Nutrition. Kristin offers a positive approach to nutrition by focusing on building a healthy relationship with food, making lifestyle changes, goal setting and problem solving to overcome barriers. She believes in staying positive, and that it’s never too late to make lifestyle changes that can lead to a healthier life. Kristin became a dietitian after the experience of caregiving in high school for her grandmother.

As a dietitian, Jade enjoys helping people identify the negative beliefs, emotions, and/or associations they have surrounding food, their weight, and their body, and then using nutritional interventions to respectfully and effectively guide them towards a healthy and loving relationship with food and their body. With a passion for offering individualized nutritional support, she is committed to helping each of her beloved clients by teaching the principles of Intuitive Eating, challenging thoughts and behaviors associated with chronic dieting, and working with people pre- and post-bariatric surgery.

Kylie Peterson MPH, RDN, CDCES, RYT has 9 years of experience working in hospital critical care and out patient settings. Her experience includes extensive GI complications/disease, diabetes, liver, heart and kidney disease, and disordered eating. Kelli Jo Grover MS, RDN has 7 years of experience working with eating disorders. She specializes in complications along side eating disorders including gastroparesis, SMA, EDS, OCD, Trauma, BPD, POTS, bariatric surgeries, and enteral feedings.

Gena is a registered dietitian specializing in working with adults with Eating Disorders, Disordered Eating, GI Disorders (IBS, IBD, Low FODMAP), PCOS, and Pre/Post Natal Care. Gena believes eating should always be an enjoyable experience and feels it's her passion to help people find that joy in balanced eating. She has seen and felt the positive impact that food can have on one's physical and mental well-being; and she is passionate about helping individuals build healthy and long-lasting habits that improve their quality of life, happiness, and longevity.
