New England Nutrition specializes in managing gastrointestinal (GI) disorders including Irritable Bowel Syndrome, SIBO, Inflammatory Bowel Disease (Crohn's and Ulcerative Colitis), Celiac Disease, GERD, and more. New England Nutrition also provides nutrition therapy for various other medical conditions as well as healthy diet counseling.

Gabrielle Wade is a Registered Dietitian with a Master’s Degree in Clinical Nutrition from NYU. Gabrielle completed her dietetic internship at Lenox Hill Hospital on the Upper East Side in Manhattan. Gabrielle has a private office in Greenwich, CT, where she primarily works with clients with various eating disorders, including anorexia, bulimia, ARFID, and binge eating disorder.

I have a passion for helping clients with chronic disease and helping them understand their nutritional needs. Nutrition plays a key role in delaying disease progression. With over 40 years of practice experience, I have the expertise to help patients with a wide variety of complex nutritional problems. In addition to being a R.D., C.D.N, with a Ph.D. and M.P.H., I am a Board Certified Functional Medicine Practitioner (IFMCP) through the Institute for Functional Medicine. I look at the total person when doing the patient's nutritional assessment and evaluation. At our center, our highly respected team of health practitioners works closely together with each patient to develop the most effective individualized/personalized treatment plan.

There is so much nutrition information out there. Shifting through all the informaion can be down right confusing and overwhelming. My practice focuses on finding peace with all foods and teaching you how to honor your unique nutrition needs. There is no such thing as "the right diet". My Registered Dietitian (RD) and Certified Diabetes Educator (CDE), counseling and education are "Prevention" services covered by Insurance without meeting a Deductible. My goal is to help you avoid or manage current health conditions and overall eating challenges in order for you to feel good and live your healthiest and happiest life.
