Hi ! My name is Diana Rosa and I have been a private practice Registered Dietitian in the New Haven area for over 25 years. My focus is to help people realize their health and wellness goals by providing nutrition and exercise advice that really works...not just a short term fix, but lasting results that can be maintained over a lifetime! I believe in REAL FOOD and physical activities that recognize your food preferences, lifestyle and busy schedule. With over 40 years of practice experience, I have the expertise to help patients with a wide variety of complex nutritional problems. In addition to being a R.D., C.D.N, with a Ph.D. and M.P.H., I am a Board Certified Functional Medicine Practitioner (IFMCP) through the Institute for Functional Medicine. I look at the total person when doing the patient's nutritional assessment and evaluation. At our center, our highly respected team of health practitioners works closely together with each patient to develop the most effective individualized/personalized treatment plan.
