Hi there! My name is Allison Saka and I am a licensed and Registered Dietitian. I have worked with clienteles of all ages with a focus on weight loss, diabetes, prediabetes, and the prevention and treatment of chronic diseases. Utilizing evidence-based research, I provide tailored one-on-one nutrition therapy and coaching to help clients understand the linkage between optimal intake and overall health and wellbeing in order to reach their wellness goals. My approach focuses on the importance of a balanced diet and emphasizes that there is no such thing as a “bad” food. Food is fuel for the body and all foods fit in moderation!

At VidaEats, we specialize in getting to know your specific needs and working with them to help prevent or delay kidney failure. Our goal is to reduce the amount of people who end up on renal replacement therapy (dialysis). If you are on dialysis, we can provide nutrition care in step with your in-center dietitian to help you feel more energized and improve your lab parameters.

I also use functional approaches and focus on all aspects of health, like sleep, stress, and gut health. I practice from a weight-inclusive perspective, so weight is the last thing we'll discuss, if at all.
