Hi there! I'm Rachel, and I'm a registered dietitian who is passionate about helping my clients improve their health through a holistic approach to nutrition and wellness. I focus primarily on relationship to food and body with an all-foods-can-fit mindset. I specialize in disordered eating and women's health, and have experience in many other conditions including hormone health, digestive health, diabetes, cholesterol, osteoporosis, autoimmune conditions, and general weight management.

My mission is to empower my clients to live optimally, and achieve the best of health- mental, physical and spritual. My role is to educate and guide you so that you give yourself the foods and nutrients that are ideal for you. My clients' are also my teachers, and I appreciate the value this adds to my practice. Nutrition is my passion and a field that is always new and excitng. I will continue to educate myself to best serve those who come to me for help and guidance.

Randi Andres practices out of Health Loft specializing in working with adults and adolescents with Eating Disorders, PCOS, Pre/Post Partum, and Digestive Issues (IBS, IBD, Etc.). Her passion is to help clients cultivate a more peaceful relationship with food and their bodies. Through a non-diet, weight inclusive philosophy, Randi enjoys providing the tools and support to clients so that they can learn to nourish their bodies in a safe, non-judgmental, and enjoyable way. She believes that through integrating the principles of intuitive eating and health at every size, everyone can and deserves to achieve food freedom.

At VidaEats, we specialize in getting to know your specific needs and working with them to help prevent or delay kidney failure. Our goal is to reduce the amount of people who end up on renal replacement therapy (dialysis). If you are on dialysis, we can provide nutrition care in step with your in-center dietitian to help you feel more energized and improve your lab parameters.

She works collaboratively with clients to set realistic and practical goals reflective of individualized nutrition plans. She believes that balanced nutrition looks differently for everyone, and client’s medical history needs to be considered along with their resources, schedules, and circumstances.

As a dietitian who practices with a non-diet and individualized approach, I recognize there are physiological, psychological and behavioral components to the relationship with food. NuSparkle Nutrition is the dietitian nutritionist (RDN) practice of Emily Conyers. Emily provides nutrition education & counseling for people with chronic kidney disease and people seeking help with weight management (losing or gaining weight). Emily's goal is to help these individuals optimize their nutrition without feeling restricted, enabling them to improve their strength and gain confidence in their eating habits.

Lyfestyle Nutrition is an integrative and functional nutrition practice specializing in IBS, SIBO, Inflammation and digestive issues. We work together to address underlying root cause to "IBS" diagnosis using a holistic approach to gut health

Julia is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist who practices out of Health Loft specializing in working with clients with PCOS, Pre/Postpartum Nutrition, Infertility, GI Disorders, and other areas. Julia believes nutrition has the power to both heal and prevent illnesses. For this reason she has made it her mission to help others utilize nutrition to fuel themselves and live their best lives. Julia promotes individualized nutrition and prides herself on working one-on-one with clients to discover their individual needs.

I am a registered and licensed dietitian with Nutrition in Motion, LLC with years of experience in nutrition counseling and education. I have worked with different age groups from infancy to geriatrics. I am passionate about helping clients build a healthy relationship with food and working with them to overcome barriers and live the life that they intend to have. We will work on developing sustainable eating habits that fit into your lifestyle and empower you to make informed decisions about your food. Sessions are via Telehealth appointments.
