I am an Integrative Dietitian, Certified Hypnotherapist and Holistic Practitioner and utilize a root cause approach to health and healing, blending integrative and holistic nutrition and mind-body modalities. I believe in the power of real, whole foods, that food is medicine and that one size does not fit all. Through personal and professional experience, I have learned that it is not just about food and nutrition and that is essential to address physical, mental, and emotional well-being in order to achieve optimal health. Our practice philosophy is to provide quality, individualized nutrition counseling to all clients, regardless of income. Unlike some other nutrition practices, we do not sell any products, shakes, supplements or gadgets in the office. We provide you with a tailored-approach and customized meal plan. As an athlete for most of my life, I know the struggles of fueling for fitness performance and understand the challenges of weight management. At VidaEats, we specialize in getting to know your specific needs and working with them to help prevent or delay kidney failure. Our goal is to reduce the amount of people who end up on renal replacement therapy (dialysis). If you are on dialysis, we can provide nutrition care in step with your in-center dietitian to help you feel more energized and improve your lab parameters.

My ideal client would be an older adolescent or adult living in Florida or Pennsylvania that struggles with disordered eating or an eating disorder. This client would not currently be in strict residential treatment.
