Eric Meredith is a Registered Dietitian, Classically Trained Chef, and Certified Personal Trainer with over 10 years' experience working with a wide variety of clients including Type 1 and 2 diabetics, athletes, cancer survivors, individuals with digestive disorders, and those who are looking to better manage their weight. Eric graduated from the University of Illinois at Chicago with a Master of Science in Human Nutrition and Master of Education. He is also a Certified Health Education Specialist. Eric enjoys working one-on-one with clients to tailor their eating habits to support their individual health.

Nicholas is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist who graduated with a B.S. in Nutrition and Food Science with a concentration in Dietetics and completed dietetic training with a focus on disease management and health promotion at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in 2018. Nicholas has also completed training in the FODMAP diet for Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) through Monash University. Nicholas knows firsthand the devastating impact chronic diseases have on someone's life, and it is what drives him in his career as a dietitian.

I am Board Certified in Integrative and functional Medicine. That means that I work with clients to find the root causes of their symptoms in a holistic way. We are learning that maintaining our gut health is the root of treating many diseases including autoimmune, inflammatory, skin, obesity, cancer, allergies, and more. I work with clients to figure out why they are struggling with a condition and treat it using food as medicine, identifying food sensitivities, providing nutrients to maximize the body's functioning, and if needed, I do cooking sessions to teach how to make healthy food taste great.

Melanie Lewis is an experienced registered dietitian living in Chicago. Her curiosity for food and nutrition began at a young age harvesting and preparing the fresh fruits and vegetables grown right in her own backyard. She completed her bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and Dietetics at Penn State University. After graduation, she traveled to New Orleans, Louisiana to complete over 1000 hours of supervised practice at Tulane School of Public Health and Tropical Medicine. Her experience has allowed her to provide evidence-based nutrition education to diverse populations with a variety of nutritional needs.

I am a Certified Nutrition Specialist and health coach on a mission to empower individuals to achieve their health goals. Amy is a Certified Dietitian, with a Bachelor of Nutritional Sciences Degree from the University of Arizona. Amy will use her 10 years of counseling experience with medical nutrition therapy for kidney, cardiac, diabetes and weight management. Amy helps you create realistic, sustainable changes that can go a long way in meeting your unique lifestyle goals. Amy enjoys weight lifting, rucking, hiking and biking in the mountains. Amy chose to study nutrition to help others learn about the connection of nutrition in disease prevention and improving overall health.

Asante is a Board-Certified Registered Dietitian. She completed her clinical internship and masters degree at Rush University Medical Center after graduating from Case Western Reserve University. Asante is an expert in counseling and educating patients who need medical nutrition therapy in either an inpatient or outpatient setting. In sessions with Asante she will empower her patients and instill confidence in his or herself to achieve desired goals.

I am a registered dietitian (RD) and a certified nutrition support clinician (CNSC) with 12 years of experience providing medical nutrition therapy. I have an undergraduate and a graduate degree in nutrition and dietetics and I am currently pursuing a doctorate degree in clinical nutrition to further advance my knowledge and skills as a RD. I am very passionate about helping others and I strongly believe that non-communicable diseases such as diabetes, heart disease, etc. are preventable by making certain lifestyle changes and I aim to provide sustainable ways to make those changes rather than a "diet" approach.

Brittany Bingham MS, RD, LD is a dietitian with many years of experience in dietetics and wellness. Brittany earned her undergraduate degree at Northern Illinois University. After undergrad, she moved back to her hometown to build her nutrition skills through the Sodexo Dietetic Internship with a focus in clinical nutrition while simultaneously completing her MS in Dietetics. Alex is a Board-Certified Registered Dietitian with experience in both medical nutrition therapy and functional medicine. She holds a current position as a full time outpatient dietitian at a top-hospital in Chicago. After completing her undergraduate nutrition degree at the University of Illinois at Chicago (UIC) she wanted to expand her knowledge and pursue a Master’s Degree in Nutrition and Wellness. Alex's goal is to help people adopt sustainable healthy habits even for the busiest of lifestyles without sacrificing their relationship with food.

My nutrition philosophy is to find wellness, balance and joy in all foods. Using evidence when possible, it is my goal to teach individuals how to eat to prevent disease and illness, enhance performance and quality of life. Using compassion always, it is my goal to work as a team with each individual to create the best nutrition plan that works for that individual.

Alaa Elhannouny, a Registered Dietitian (RD) credentialed by the Commission on Dietetic Registration, completed her supervised practice in the Master's Coordinated Nutrition program at the University of Illinois at Chicago. Her motivation as an RD is driven by her goal to prevent and combat the chronic conditions that affect many individuals today. Recognizing that nutrition is a key lifestyle risk factor for chronic diseases, she strives to empower clients to make informed decisions for optimal nutrition, helping them feel their best.
