By the time most of my clients reach out to me they have exhausted the traditional options and the information that Google provides. I want to help my clients treat and prevent with a balanced approach. My ideal client is someone that is looking for sustainable lifestyle changes in whatever area in their life that feels unbalanced. This can be managing unhealthy eating habits, GI issues including reflux, gastroparesis, fructose malabsorption, IBS, SIBO, auto-immune, picky eaters, or general health concerns like managing cholesterol and blood pressure.

As an integrative functional dietitian nutritionist, my passion is to educate my clients about health and wellness in order to prevent nutrition-related diseases. I believe that preventive care is crucial for helping to achieve optimal health. You can feel confident that I will handle your needs on an individual basis and provide you with your own “custom fit”.

I help women struggling with PCOS, irregular periods, weight gain, low energy/fatigue, acne, fertility concerns, and mood issues increase energy, balance hormones, and feel confident in their bodies. My clients have a history of struggling to lose weight and trying allll the diets. They often first see success, but then stop making progress and become frustrated that their efforts aren't producing results. They have a history of irregular periods or PCOS and other providers have recommended birth control and weight loss but weight loss is difficult , and birth control is not the long term solution they want.

Faith specializes in working with those interested in PCOS, IBS, GI Conditions, Infertility Nutrition, Low FODMAP, bariatrics, and more. She believes that food choices should not only support someone’s physical health, but their social, emotional, and mental health as well. Her past experiences have fueled her particular interest in health and wellness, and she loves helping clients find creative ways to make food both nourishing and healing. Through evidence-based practice and individualized care, Faith aims to help patients form positive relationships with food that will promote long-lasting healthy habits.

I value one-on-one time with clients in order to give them an individualized approach to improving their health. I strongly believe there can be balance between enjoying the food you love and achieving the health goals you've set.
